Justice is a licensed attorney in the District of Columbia and an Enrolled Agent, the highest credential the IRS awards. His practice sits at the intersection of tax law and business transactions, where he counsels clients on complex tax matters, business acquisitions and sales, contract matters, and ongoing business and corporate legal needs.
When disputes arise, Justice represents clients before the IRS through examination, appeals, negotiation, and tax litigation.
Justice's academic background includes two law degrees, including a Master of Laws, and a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in accounting and marketing. This combination supports his approach to evaluating complex tax and business matters.
Justice Ukpabi is also the Managing Principal of Vital Tax & Advisory Group, LLC, a separate, affiliated CFO advisory firm serving business owners with tax planning, tax compliance, CFO level advisory, bookkeeping, financial strategy, and financial advisory for buying or selling a business.
